I've been building my expertise in B2B SaaS Product Marketing and GTM Strategy for the last 7 years.

Currently (2024-present; ~1.5 years): I'm a product marketing lead at Freshworks ($FRSH), for the CX (+AI) portfolio. This includes Freshdesk and Freshdesk Omni. More specifically, I am helping build the PLG function here, where I oversee both new business and expansion motions. Prior to this, I looked at PLG for the CRM product, Freshsales.
Previously (2019-2024; ~5 years), I was the first product marketing hire at Vymo Inc ($45 Mn total funding) and led product marketing and sales enablement for the Asia-Pacific + N. America markets (had relocated to Chicago, IL. Go Bears!)
On the side, I advise and help series A-D startups with product marketing, sales enablement, PLG.
I'm also the author of "Miracle-preneuring: why anyone can and should be an entrepreneur". (Amazon, Apple Books, eBay)
